Abstract: การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ (1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อ ประกอบการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร(3) เพื่อศึกษาปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ข้าราชการครูที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในโรงเรียน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ในปีการศึกษา 2543 ได้มากจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นจำนวน 432 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมีจำนวน 373 ชุด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 86.34 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดย ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป spss/pc+ คำนวณหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานทดสอบสมมุติฐานโดยใช้ค่าเอฟ ( F-test ) และวิธีการของเชฟเฟ่ผลการวิจัย สรุปได้ดังนี้1. สภาพการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการสอนของครูในโรงเรียน สังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ด้านประเภทสารสนเทศ สารสนเทศที่ครูใช้ประกอบการสอนในระดับมาก คือ หนังสือเรียน หนังสืออยู่มือหลักสูตรและแผนภาพ วิธีการใช้สารสนเทศ เพื่อประกอบการสอนของครู คือ ครูใช้วิธีการเสนอสารสนเทศแล้วตั้งคำถามให้นักเรียน ตอบอยู่ในระดับมาก สำหรับแหล่งสารสนเทศที่ครูใช้เพื่อประกอบการสอนในระดับมาก ได้แก่ เพื่อนร่วมงาน ทีวี หนังสือพิมพ์และห้องสมุดโรงเรียนสอน อย่างไรก็ตามเมื่อเปรียบเทียบการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการสอนของครู จำแนกตามระดับที่สอน กลุ่มวิชาที่สอน ประสบการณ์ในการสอนและกลุ่มโรงเรียนที่สอน พบว่า มีการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการสอนไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติเกือบทุกประเภท ยกเว้นกลุ่มวิชาที่สอนที่มีความเเตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ ระดับ . 052. ความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการสอนของครูในโรงเรียนสังกัด กรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า ครูมีความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการสอนในระดับมาก คือ หนังสือเรียน หนังสืออ่านประกอบ หนังสืออ่านเพิ่มเติม หนังสืออ้างอิงเอกสารคำสอน หนังสือคู่มือ หลักสูตร หนังสือพิมพ์ รูปภาพ แผนภูมิ แผนภาพ ภาพโฆษณา วิดีทัศน์ วัตถุบันทึกเสียงและของตัวอย่าง อย่างไรก็ตาม เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการสอนของครู จำแนกตามระดับที่สอน กลุ่มวิชาที่สอน ประสบการณ์ในการสอนและกลุ่มโรงเรียนที่สอน พบว่า มีความต้องการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการสอนไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ3. ปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการสอนของครูไนโรงเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร พบว่า ครูมีปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการสอนในระดับมากจากด้านประเภทสารสนเทศคือ สารสนเทศมีปริมาณไม่เพียงพอต่อการใช้ ประกอบการเรียนการสอน ด้านแหล่งสารสนเทศในโรงเรียน คือ สารสนเทศที่มีบริการไม่เพียงพอต่อความต้องการ ด้านแหล่งสารสนเทศนอกโรงเรียน คือ ไม่สะดวกในการเข้าใช้แหล่งสารสนเทศ และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบ การสอน จำแนกตามระดับที่สอน กลุ่มวิชาที่สอน ประสบการณ์ในการสอนและกลุ่ม โรงเรียนที่สอน พบว่า ครูมีปัญหาการใช้สารสนเทศเพื่อประกอบการสอน ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

Abstract: The purpose of the study is to as follow: (1) to study the status of the use of information as a teaching aid of the teachers in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration schools, (2) to study the requirement of information as a teaching aid of the teachers in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration schools, and (3) to study the problems with the use of information as a teaching aid of the teachers in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration schools.The sampling group surveyed is governmental officials who are teachers in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration schools in the academic year of 2000. This sampling group is derived from stratified random sampling of 432 teachers. The data collection tool is questionnaire. There are 373 sets of filled-in questionnaires returned by the sampling group representing 86.34%. The data analysis was processed by SPSS/PC+ program. The calculation of percentile, mean, standard deviation as well as hypothesis test was done by using F-test and Scheffe’s test.The survey reveals the following facts:1. The survey shows the status of using information as a teaching aid of the teachers in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration schools. The types of information which the teachers use most as teaching aid are textbooks, curriculum handbooks, and diagrams. The method of using information as a teaching aid is the presentation of information and making queries, which is the method the teachers use most. The sources of information which the teachers access most to collect data as a teaching aid are colleagues, TV, newspapers, and school libraries. Nevertheless, in comparing the use of information as teaching aid in the circumstances divided by educational level, the subject groups, teaching experience, and the groups of schools, it was found that there is no statistically significant difference in almost all these teaching circumstances, except for the subject groups which have statistically significant difference at the level .052. Regarding the requirement for using information as a teaching aid of the teachers in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration schools, the survey reveals that the information which the teachers require most are text books, external reading books, reference books, teaching texts, curriculumhandbooks, newspapers, pictures, charts, diagrams, advertisements, video tapes, cassette tapes, and sample materials. However, in comparing the requirement of information of the teachers in the circumstances divided by educational level, subject groups, teaching experience, and groups of schools, the survey reveals that there is no statistically significant difference.3. Regarding the problem with the use of information as a teaching aid of the teachers in Bangkok Metropolitan Administration schools, the survey reveals that the teachers encounter a problem with the lack of variety of the information; i.e. the types of information that are suitable for teaching aids are inadequate. In terms of the information sources inside the schools, there is not enough information for the students’ requirements. As for the information outside schools, it is inconvenient to access such information sources. In comparing the problem with the use of information as a teaching aid in the circumstances divided by educational level, subject groups, teaching experience, and groups of schools, the survey reveals that there is no statistically significant difference.
